My sim card was automatically showing no service on sunday 19 june 2016, I called custormer care from other mobile they said for sim replacement I go to tatadocomo Aundh store on Monday 20 june2016 they give me new sim card for 50 INR and told it will be start by the evening of the day (monday evening) I asked for bill they just say their no bill for new sim. Its not activated on that day, again I visited store on tuesday mornining they told me it will start by evening again its not activated the reason they are telling it the computer is slow, seriously its genuine reason? The customer care representative response was so bad. I have visited the store more than 3 times they are saying the same reason, I think they don't want to help the customers I saw many other customer in the store compalining about the their service.
