I am K.Murali and my connection number is [protected]. I have been using this connection since 2012 and I was paying the bills at right time. Since 2013 June, the signal strength became very low and I was not quite happy with the connection. I had placed a request for cancellation since January month. But, they are refusing my request and making to me take some other plans.
Last month, once again, I placed a request for cancellation and they provided me with the number[protected]. But, they delayed the process and my next month bill got added with it.
I am unable to contact the toll free number since no one is attending the calls.

I had very bitter and unethical action from the same provide that you have mentioned above
As pre-caution, please get the attested copy that you had submitted for cancellation from authorized outlet
Also, mentioned amount if there is any out-standing in the letter and request for immediately cancellation
This will help you when dispute raise (definitely there will be), since there is no electronic mode for cancellation
Also, Mail to TRAI with provider in CC. There may be chance of immediately resolve from TATA
Please don't postponed anything, definitely TATA will surprise you with some fine and legal actions
