[Resolved] Tata Docomo — demand of advance rental for the period i don't want to use the broadband connection | |||
My tata docomo broadband plan is dsl ds-212-b3g1f-399 advance rental plan. I had paid advance rental charges for the period dt. 24/03/2017 to 23/07/2017. Now i want to discontinue broadband connection so that i don't want to pay the advance rental for the period from 24/07/2017 to 23/11/2017 and i had contacted to customer care through email for discontinuation of connection but customer care is sending me messages and phone calls every day for paying bill for the period which i don't want to use. My broadband connection is already barred from last three months. Was this information helpful? | |||
