[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Demand of more money | |||
I had taken a wifi doongle from tata docomo in the month of jan 2014 and i had paid a advance of rs 4500 for three months which included the cost of the device and 3 months of 15 gb rent and now when the three months are over i have shifted to other plan and want to discontinue their services for wrong bills and bad words used on line by their executive and also tata executive is demanding more money for closing the account as i have paid all the dues and nothing is in balance on my post paid photon device, i wnt to take a legal action on tata docomo for mainly three reasons First use of bad word from the executive on line chat Second wrong bill and excess amount and no network even after my several complaints Third even after paying for the device in advance how the company can again ask me for paying for the device Pls help me or i will give this to the media Was this information helpful? | |||
