Tata Docomo — Demanding payment without service and instead of providing refund | |||||
I would like to bring to your esteem notice, how Tata Docomo forcing to pay with out providing proper service. AC No.[protected] Del No. [protected] Alternate No. [protected] Below are the details of technical complaint raised on 30th Jan'[protected]. There was a visit by Tata Docomo Engineer and the finding are as below, "Indoor coverage is weak and the tower in the locality is under maintenance. Issue to be resolved in 2 -3 months." Report Date: 20th Feb 2015 Even in this situation with out using the service, I have made payment of INR 730/- on 21st Feb'15 INR 727/- on 22nd March'15 There was no improvement nor the call from Tata Docomo on the technical service. I completely stopped using Tata Docomo service and I reached their customer service center in Vashi but they advise to call on customer care number. What should customer do and what is the use of customer service center when they do not entertain even after personal visit. I raised a complaint on #[protected] Dt. 24th Aug'15 for refund of Feb and March'15 payment. I have received SMS from Tata docomo on 5th Sept confirming resolve of complaint #[protected]. So I was under the impression that Tatadocomo is refunding my money. Suddenly now receive notice to pay further bills. I fail to understand, how Tata Docomo can ask consumer to pay bill even though their own engineer finding are not in their favour. Was this information helpful? | |||||
