[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Docomo Network Degrade & 2G Data Speed Very Slow | |||
Hi, I am a Tata Docomo Customer with no- [protected], have been using Tata Docomo since last 3-4 years. But recently have noticed that the Network Coverage, Clarity & 2G Data Speed all have degraded to considerable low. I have heard the same from lot of my friends in the same area i.e. Mumbra in Thane District. Unless it is improved quality, Tata docomo will loss lot of its valuable customers including me. Will port to some other operator due to such frustrating Network/ Service Degradation from Tata Docomo. If any body from Tata Docomo Service Team haviing a look at this complaint, kindly make necessary action so as to avoid discomfort to valuable customers.
