[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Does not agree to cancellation request

I live in Pune and I own a Tata DoCoMo broadband connection. I am moving to Mumbai and I want the connection to be cancelled. I gave the request on 25 February and my internet stopped working from 27 Feb.

But I am getting calls from them everyday that still my connection is active and I could not cancel it. When I called the customer care nobody picks up.

Hi Divya,

As discussed, termination request[protected] connection was already suspended from 03-MAR-2016 and billing has been stopped. Further, requested customer to clear the current outstanding of Rs. 1421/-
