[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Don't provide details of voice and data usage | |||
I'm using Tata Docomo GSM Superb 299 postpaid plan in which in which I get 550 mins of local/std calls, 1gb 3g, unlimited 2g, 300 sms. My connection started on 10th Jan 2015. I have connected with customer care several times but they don't provide information about my usage consumed from the voice or data. This creates confusion. Let me know if I don't have right to know how much I have consumed from the talk time and data of my plan. Also, I'm in roaming at present at Jaipur. They charge me for my internet usage as well along with costly charges for roaming packs (eg Rs. 70 / month provides only incoming free from Tata connections which I believe is wrong). Please help me out as being from a middle class background every rupee is valuable for me and my family. Was this information helpful? | |||
