[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Doubt about recharge. | |||
I have doubt about recharge of 222, 253, 499 and 501. Recharge of 222, 253 and 499 is visible at Tata Docomo site for Tamilnadu region, but when I try to recharge it, it says this recharge it not for your region. Please clarify about these recharge coupan. Recharge of 501 does not exist on site, but when I called customer care they informed it exists and by dialling 123 on my cell, I can check this rc501 exists. Could you confirm about these recharge and how can I get these recharge ? online or through retailer ? Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recharged my no. With 501rs and I got 96000 sec. Local/std. 4gb internet for 60 days and daily 100 sms benefit for 60 days
Now the problem is, It is deducting extra seconds than the call duration. I am attaching photo proof. Please resolve my issue, why it is deducting exextra seconds than the call duration.
