Tata Docomo — duplicate sim | |||
I have applied for duplicate sim for no [protected], on 12th Jan 2018 I Tata Docomo store hospet, they asked me to pay 130 RSS checked my docs and took my thumb impression.i was following with Customer cared team they said it will be activated by Monday, when I checked again they said you need to contact to same people. Today I had sent my cousin to check it, they said its mistake from my end we didn't processed it asking me to give my thumb impression again, I reside in Bangalore can't go hospet just to give thumb impression. I asked them to refund the cash they are asking me to give the sim which is there with me. This is my personal no and wanted it to get on however I had gone through such a torture and mental harrasment. Still with no results. Now I had decided to not to continue with Tata Docomo services because they have such inefficient employees who are unaccountable and irresponsible.
