Tata Docomo — duplicate sim card issue regarding

I have lost my postpaid mobile [protected]. I could not able to get my simcard back within tamilnadu as tata docomo company has closed its brand store service within tamilnadu. Please help me to get duplicate simcard or help me to get port code so it will be helpfull for me to switch over to another network. I am using this mobile number for the past 12 years. I dont have any other number. Please help me to get the same number back.
