Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding my VSNL A/c [protected]@vsnl.com in the name of Beta Group Pvt. Ltd. I am not able to send or receive any emails on this email id. I am facing this problem since the last 1-2 days. Everything was working fine before. I am not receiving any emails even on webmail. Also, I am getting below error message when I am trying to send an email from the webmail -"SMTP authentication unsuccessful Or your account is suspended"

I am unable to send and receive emails in [protected]@vsnl.com

I am really facing a problem since this is my official id and since I am not receiving emails, this is hampering my business immensely. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
