Tata Docomo — Escalation on my cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :[protected] | |||
Dear TataDocomo, I have cancelled my connection on 3rd of December 2016, from there am getting call from Tata Docomo cutomer care and the Vendor Staffs, whenever i attend the call i used to ask for the final closer letter and the final bill till the date i rendered the services, i.e. 3rd of December 2016, i said i ready to pay immediately if i get the closer letter and the final bill, but they have not provided the same yet and keep on calling me. the conversation was not bad at all, i humbly request the same and they usually said i will get that ready today or tomorrow, then again they will say, we sent it sir and when i check my mail, i usually dont see any such mail, finally on monday, one person got touch with me and he said he you will get a call from the office and they will assist you and will provide your requested letters and asked me to make the payment immediately, i said ok, his number is [protected], i respect this guy. and other call i got from one lady, her number [protected], she is also polite enough on the first conversation, monday evening she called me and said our officers are left for the day and she will provide the letter tomorrow, i said ok. next day she called me and i was on meeting, hence i cut her call and she started keep on calling me and am cutting her call again and again and i got frustrated and attend the call and said, dont you have common sense, she started saying dont you have common sense and bla bla bla, she said her call is been recorded, pls check the whole conversation, if no so, call is been recorded in my mobile, i will show that i court. how can a TATA docomo staff behave like this??? till date i didnt get any closer letter, if you guys sent, show me that copy of email. I can not tolerate this issue anymore, send me the closer letter and the final bill, till the date i rendered the services, i will make the payment immediately, else stop calling and sending mails. if i get anymore calls from any of your vendor staff, or if i get any emails stating that we will take legal action, i will file a case against tata docomo forsure. i want TATA docomo direct staffs to talk on this issue, i should not get any calls from your 3rd rated vendors.
