[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Excess bill showing exorbitant data usage charge | |||||
I have two post paid numbers of Tata Docomo. It is shown in the bill for February, 2017 that the amount of data used is 20058 kb. They charged Rs.2000.58 for it. But I have used mobile data hardly for 2 hrs and did not upload/download any video. So it is impossible to use so much data within that interval. Moreover they have not shown any rate of data usage charge, Although they have fixed Rs.1 per 100 KB data used. They should immediately review the bill and give me the details of data used.
