Tata Docomo — Excessive bill

Hello, My complaint is regarding excessive billing on a/c no[protected].i have hardly used the mobile abd the dongle.I am not using the dongle since the last few days then too the bill is increasing.THe billing amount they say is about Rs 7900, which is unrealistic.The billing amount has normally been around Rs 1000. Requested to pls disconnect both the cell and the dongle.Such exhobitant charges are just like taking undue advantage of billing and is unjust.I will definately complain for imposing such unrealistic bill . The bill credit limit is 5400 while the bill is 7900.
