[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Exorbitant Postpaid Billing Charges against Advance Rental Plan. | |||
My TATA Docomo GSM Mobile No. is [protected] I opted from TATA DOCOMO CDMA Prepaid to TATA DOCOMO Postpaid Advanced Rental plan because TATA DOCOMO representative says Prepaid GSM SIM Cards not available with them. So He lured me of Advanced Rental Plan for which I need to pay 6 Months Advance rent and no Extra Charges will be applicable. Then they increased my credit limit without my consent and charging my monthly bill showing my full credit limit usage. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible. Problem was with TaTa Docomo Dealer Retail Outlet Newly Recruited Sales Person. He couldn't explain the scheme properly & my fault was I blindly follow him without reading the Terms & Condition's.
I urge all the reader's that Do Not Believe 100% in Newly recruited Sales Person.
