I had been using the broadband services. I had already raised a request to cancel my account in april 2019. I had requested for an acnkowledgement on email but i was told that the telephonic conversation is recorded and that they can't acknowledge cancellation request.
I had used my connection till april 20th, and i have paid the full amount for that billing cycle. I had called multiple times to follow up on the cancellation but i was told someone will get in touch with me after 24 hrs and no one did.
I had also raised this later, repeatedly, on emails where i was asked to pay the next months bill. I have repeatedly intimated that i want the connection discontinued over phone and email, and since i shifted my address in may, i haven't even used the connection, so i would like to know that if the connection was not used and if the cancellation request was already raised form my side but the customer care agents didn't cancel my account, why am i being charged?
