Tata Docomo — false balance deduction under vas service activation | |||
Hi,. I have been using tata docomo service for my no past 5-6 years. I was a happy satisfied customer. But from past 2-3 months i am highly disappointed and irritated by such fraudulent pathetic activity by the company. I have been charged 5-6 times almost of 200rs for vas subscription pack which i never activated. After calling repeatedly the so called customer care who don't even to respond to your grievances and then registering complaints, i got my refund. They say pack get activated via sdp mode which is a false claim. Docomo has spoiled my peace of mind and happiness. I am writing this post to take disciplinary action against such fraudulent company Was this information helpful? | |||
