Tata Docomo — fooling customers and deducting balance

I was using the 499 Internet plan. By 17 May my data balance went down to 4MB(got to know later). But Still I was browsing the Internet, within few minutes my main balance of Rs.211 got deduced. While I enquired with the customer care, they were saying as I'm consuming huge data, instead of deducting from the data balance they deducted from main balance. They are suppose to inform me as I reached the data balance limit by SMS or at least with the push message. But without any notification and being the data balance is still remaining, how come they can detect from the main balance without my knowledge??? moreover there was no network for the previous day i.e. on 16th may till 17th may morning..after that i again recharged with the the amount of rs 499 and within an hr or two again deducted my data usage of 1 gb when actually i dint used it.stop frauding and return my balance. and kindly dont keep the plans and schemes if you want to recover like this.i want my balance.

and when i tried to contact customer care support they start keeping my no. on hold and disconnected the call.i tried with other no. and they did the same.they are not answering the calls.
