Tata Docomo — Fraudulent double charging of data by tata docomo | |||||
Hello, my tata docomo no. is [protected] prepaid i had purchased 3g 2gb internet plan which was expiring on 28th june 2016. as i had a balance of 350 mb on 28th june i used it to download. at this time i had a balance of rs.265 in my account. after i had used approx 325 mb suddenly i noticed my main account balance 265 rs had become zero. when i called tata helpline 121 they told me that they have charged my internet usage as the 2 gb download which was givn to me was divided into several categories like whatsapp, facebook etc. which they never told me while selling. also when i had 350 mb balance for download then how can tata docomo deny it. when i called up tata docomo helpline and told them that i will register complaint with consumer forum online they negotiated to refund 123 rs which was not acceptable as the deductions was totally fraudulent. my complaint with tata docomo is still pending and no resolution done. complaint no. is PBR12375462. WHEN A MOBILE CO. SELLS 2GB DOWNLOAD TO A CONSUMER THEN HOW CAN IT RECHARGE THE DATA FOR WHICH IT HAD ALREADY TAKEN MONEY? TATA DOCOMO HAS CHEATED THE CONSUMER !!!
