[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Frustrating company with foolish Pathetic costumer care of TATA DOCOMO

Photon No –[protected] I have got frustrated with customer service of TATA PHOTON. – My Device not connecting form 30th JULY. – I have raised customer care request on 1st aug but they have not registered my request and after calling 3 -4 times they have registered request but technical guys resolved compliant with out calling me very foolish this is your customer care. Name — Vijay and Ravi teja -so now this is 2nd aug i have continued to calling customer care and they told me this – my request completed on 1st itself, great with asking to me, request resolved . – they told me to go to Brand store same day i went to store( very far from my home) but it was close. – so Now next day 3rd aug i have again called customer care but same reply and they are not registering my complaint and technical team never called me – so after so much struggle i reached to brand Store at Electronic city Bangalore but they are saying different thing ” you have to call customer care for complaint ” i was so much Frustrated till that time – i was roaming from here and i am getting false info from every where. – so i raised connection close request, but they are telling me it will take 15 days to close connection. – and they are not giving me my refund on rs 1999 which i submitted one first day. – meanwhile they have sent me Full bill for this cycle (1414 rs) i have used only 3G from 30 Gb plan because of this foolish service. Note please don’t use Tata photon, its pathetic.

Kindly note that your billing and connection will be stopped from 7th day from the date of request raised and you will be receiving final bill on pro-rata basis.
