It has been more than 2 months that i have asked customer care to deactivate my sim as i have moved to a different city. Still they are generating bills and now the bill has been increased to rs 3018. Why should i pay the bill when i am not even using your service anymore. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we have not found any cancellation request registered on your number. However, the number [protected] was disconnected permanently on 07-NOV-17 due to Non Payment Disconnection and your Outstanding amount is Rs.3018/-. Further, we request you to revert us with the details when and where you have given the cancellation request to proceed further.
