[Resolved]  Tata Docomo GSM — Misguided, looted and Harsh behavior

On 18/11/2013 I did a special recharge of 49 which was to reduce call tariff to 30 paisa per minute and on 21/11/2013 i did a special recharge of 123 to make free on-net calls but after recharging 123 special pack 49 was not working and it costed me alot for outgoing calls so i called 121 docomo customer care at around 7:15 pm and they told me that it is a peak hour so i will be charged as per base tariff and if i will face the problem after peak hours then i can call and lodge a complaint and when i called after peak hours twice my call was picked and after i conveyed they disconnected by avoiding me and after that twice i called around 11pm and 2 guys picked and they simply rejected me and they didnt helped me one them didnt cooperated and gave me harsh and bad behavior and simple disconnected my call.I had recharged special pack of rupees 6 for sms which have to cost me 0.08 paisa for each message and on 21/11/2013 at 12:13 AM they charged me 1.5 rupees and when i asked they replied that as per govt rule 1st msg will be charged as 1.5 rupees but on 20th nov 2013 i was not charged 1.5 ruppees for 1st msg i was charged as per sms plan 0.08 paisa and as per i am acquainted there are no such rules if you have a sms pack and here they are setting up there own govt rules.
same issue i faced on October 2013 and situation was that i did a recharge of special pack 129(30paisa per minute for 90 days) and special pack 123(free onnet calls) and 129 didnt worked so i called and they gave a refund of 120 on 5/11/2013 and they told that 129 will not work with 123 and i asked since past 2 years i am doing recharge of 49 and 123 so will that work they suggested yes i can do a special recharge 49 or 45 with 123 to avail both the rate cutters i.e 30paisa per minute for offnet and free local onnet, so as per there guidelines i did a recharge of special pack of 49 and 123 and when i faced the same issue they are not accepting my complain neither they are behaving well they simple treated me as a stray dog, one of the guy argued and told me that i havnt recharged 123 pack and really he treated me badly so i am attaching the photo proof, i need help please help me for refund and action to provide good customer support for tata docomo.

As per our discussion over the call, regarding recharge related, call & SMS charges and agent behavior, we would like to inform you that as per our records, two voice packs are active on your number. Hence, your call has been getting charged as per your tariff plan on priority basis. Please find the below voice packs active on your number.
1. Rs. 123/- recharge pack (unlimited call for 20 hours (10 PM to 6 PM) and local on net calls at 1p/ 2sec from 6 PM to 10 PM) valid till 11/12/13.
2. Rs. 129/- recharge pack (all mobile calls at 1.2p/ 2sec (36p/ min)) valid till 05/01/13.

Kindly note that Rs. 49/- recharge benefits have been lapsed on your number. Hence, the same is not active on your number. Please be informed that your balance of Rs. 1.50/- have been deducted for SMS erroneously, hence amount of Rs. 1.42/- have been credited to your account on 21/11/13.

However, kindly note that your concern regarding agent behavior has been registered vide docket number PSR[protected] and expected resolution by 28-NOV-2013 17:08 hrs.
