Tata Docomo — harassment for payment of non-existing services | |||
The tata docomo broadband line is down in my area since 9th feb 2018. Today is 5th june 2018. (Its a different story that i didn't have access at all from the start of the year). However every month they generate a bill in my name and keep sending sms, automated voice calls, emails and sometimes they even call and after relieving my anger on them, they acknowledge that my line is down, however they have different systems for billing and rectification of problems and hence i will be disturbed. I want to claim damages for mental harassment from the beginning of the year. Can you tell me the address where i should be sending a legal notice in pune (Im not sure of their jurisdiction).
