Tata Docomo — harassment from docomo

Hi, I have a post paid account with tata docomo. I was using prepaid connection from same service provider same number. One day I got call from them asking me to change to the post paid connection as my monthly expenditure on mobile was going around 500. They said that they have best suitable plan (GSM Super 3G 350 Plan) for me with which my expenditure on mobile will be reduced and quality of service also will improve. Looked good to me as I wanted to get rid of pre paid connection complexities. My basic plan is of RS. 350 ~27000 secs local and STD free calls, 1gb 3g data free, Once the 3g pack is finished then unlimited 2g+ data connection will be activated which I will get 3g speed in 2g pack. and less roaming charges. I submitted my docs and connection got activated. From this point itself disappointing things started happening. They have set my Dynamic Credit Limit to 800. I don't know why they set to only 800 charged bill around 993. My account information TATA DOCOMO NUMBER : [protected] (State : Maharashtra, City : Pune) Account No :[protected] Your Tariff Plan : GSM Super 3G 350 Plan Bill number : [protected] Bill Date : 05/04/15 Bill Period : 03/03/15 to 02/04/15 Dynamic Credit Limit : 800 Security Deposit : 0 Email_ID [protected]@gmail.com Now I got the bill which is of Rs. 993. I had called docomo to complain about the same but they said that I have used extra 3g data. I said them that as they have promised connection should get converted into 2g+ once the 3g data limit is finished. >> They don't have any answer for that instead asked me to do it on my own. Then I asked that I should at least get the intimation about the message telling that I have reached my monthly 3g data limit. >> I got unbelievable answer from then that is I should call 121 to know about this. I said that we used to get alerts in prepaid connection through message. >> They said they don't have information about this. I asked them to change my connection to prepaid. >> They asked me pay the bill first then wait for 90 days and after that I should got to docomo retail shop and submit the documents again. Reviews about the connection : 1. No quality of service improved. I don't get network in prime areas of Pune itself. 2. Connection never gets auto refreshed I need to do it manually. 3. I need to cut the call and call again for every 10 mins. Don't know what happens I cannot be able to hear other person's voice after some time and they cannot be able hear my voice. 4. Data connection is so slow that no pages get opened.
