sir, i have purchased photon dongle in nov 2013 on a condition of 3g speed, but vary next i have complained that dongle is working on 2 g speed, but that day i feel so bad that at the time of selling their office representative have different tone and at the time of complaint they have different. they told me to call customer care executive, i have tried wid my idea number 10 times but their customer care number used to b busy evertym put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. now they are making bill of every month again and again and every day one lady calls me and just harras me and speak in unethical manner. in between one representative also come he offers me to deposit 1000 rs more to resolve and shut down, already dongle price plus 500 as advance for bill has been deposited by me.. daily messages and calsl disturbs me.. pls help me to resolve against these corrupt and liar sales person Was this information helpful? | |||
