Tata Docomo — having a very bad network connection

I m having trouble to receive calls nd also about internet connection from last two days. I have activated the net pack of daily 1.4 gb data but it's all waste of money coz of the bad network.. I want you to solve this issue as soon as possible so that i can use my mobile data.. The network is too slow and its really inconvenient so please take action about it.

My no. [protected] got deactivated since 3 days. I was out of town and I switched off my phone in train but next morning I am not getting any signal. It's been 3 days and I have been regularly using my no.
