[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Horrible customer service and rectify team ever | |||
My mob num [protected], I got a post paid connection and due to official transfer i wanted to change it as prepaid so i ve submmited my documents on 9:06:2014 to ekaduthangal docomo center, chennai and initiated my num into prepaid service .. they said within 7 working days it will convert automatically as a prepaid num ... today is 17.06.2014 my outgoing and incoming has barred and i tried to recharge my mobile but it showed as :INVALID NUM" and i tried calling the customer service : NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM " ... i spoke to one executive finally and she said pls call 59059 to verify ur address proof bcoz ur num has a pending verification problem .. after that i called that 59059 to complete my verification but i couldnt make it bcoz they barred my outgoing and incoming services .. again i called customer service exective named NISHA who attended my call abruptly discontinued the conversation without answering my questions .. Finally i called ekaduthangal docomo store [phone num : [protected], [protected], [protected] ] not at all attending the calls ... Note : PLS DONT USE DOCOMO AT ANY COST...
