Tata Docomo — i am complaining about messages not being sent.

Since last 3 months iam unable to send message from my mobile. I try to do it it show as error message that message sending failed. I have tried calling customer care number but i don't get any help from them. Please try to solve my problem as i need the service as soon as possible.
Whenever i am in urgency of texting iam being helpless. What if my urgency becomes something related to my security or life threat? So please resolve my problem.
