Tata Docomo — i am not getting otp for linking mobile number with aadhar number

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500005

As it is compulsary to link adhar number with my mobile number. I started by dialing14546 but i am not getting otp for it. I am not getting otp through sms... Please help to solve my issue... I am waiting for ur reply as soon as possible please help me and suggest what to do. And inform me as soon as possible. Waiting for reply thanking u.. Nmajid...
