[Resolved] Tata Docomo — I recharge with 68 Rs and after approx 2 hr I have lost my all the balance

This is Shivam Gupta No- [protected] I have a big issues regarding your company policy I just recharge with 68 Rs and after just 2 hr I have lost my all the amount it is repeated 2-3 time now this is worst to be your customer. now this time if there is no any action then I will complaint to higher authority.
Now this is very bad to your company that your customer have that problem.
I am continuously dialing your customer care no but there is no response they are saying your no is wrong or lots of hell things I am getting very bad experience
