Tata Docomo — Illegal deduction of money and cheating | |||||
Hi, I am using a tata docomo connection with no. [protected]. From last week onwards tata docomo started activating some fraud services without my consent and deducted 8 rupees each for such services. As soon as I come to know such thing I have send stop messages. When I called the customer care spending 50 Paisa from my pocket they told they will refund the amount in some time but it didn't happened instead they activated another fraud service without my consent. Again I contacted the customer service they told that they will not refund the money and I will have to bare such deductions. Is TRAI aware of such cheating done by fraud telecom companies like tata docomo. What should I do to get back my money. Also where should I approach to go legally against this cheating.
