My photon account number is[protected] and i have been paying the rental and the bills regularly but not using the data card for the last 6 months due to my system problem. But to my surprise yesterday i found that the connection was deactivated even though no due amount is there. Why? Pl restore the same as soon as possible otherwise i will close the connection and switch over to other service provider.

Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Yesterday I have recharged my docomo mobile number -, but full balance has been deducted by docomo for certain services which I have not activated .
When contacting with them they refused to take any action.
Further once again they have activated some other services and deducted my balances...
This is consumer harassment .
