Tata Docomo — Inactive sim | |||
I had been using Tata Indicom sim since last 12 years but it has been lost. I got a connection of Tata DoCoMo GSM Postpaid in 199 plan in 28th July 2015 with my same previous number- [protected]paying Rs. 340 which has 400 minutes free talk time what I was told by the docomo shop. But I got a message that free talk time would be not available till 15.8.2015. But all of a sudden my above numbered sim became inactive from the same 15.8.2015. The docomo shop when contacted telephonic told that there is some technical defect with the sim and i have to get a new sim paying Rs.20 and to resubmit all documents. Again my balance in the lost sim Rs.225 is not transferred to my new account. I am to request to look into the mater for redress my inconvenience so that my long lasting trust in Tata DoCoMo should continue. With thanks Gokulananda Sabat Was this information helpful? | |||
