[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Inappropriate balance deduction | |
My number is [protected], few days ago on 16th december night...i had near about 427rs as my main balance...i even had a gprs pack activated on my no.which is valid till the midnight of 16th December...i was surfing internet...nd unluckily i got slept around 11 pm without disabling my Mobile data...
Then around after 1.5 hours when i woke up..
My balance reached to just Rs 2..
About 425 rs deducted from my balnced...even while not touching my phone not surfing anything further...moreover my internet pack was also left till midnight...which means in a half hour this my 425rs deducted...this is seriously UNACCEPTABLE...when i called customer care before, they didn't look much intrested in solving my problem...today i also called docomo customer care...then they said their is some technical problem pls call after 24 hours...what the hell is this...i fed off from ur poor service...plz look after my problem soon...
