[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Inappropriate billing and legal action | |||||
Few months back i cleared all my bills and dues and wanted to deactivate my photon service [ PHOTON NO. [protected]]. At that point of time the consumer care representative gave me an option of freezing the device according to which i wont have to pay any bill until i restart the service and that had to be done with my consent . From that day itself i didn't get any kind of text for billing or activation of the device and today i got a call from an advocate that legal actions are to be taken against my pending bill ~ INR 1300. If i wasn't using the service then where did this bill originate from? And legal actions?? I didn't even get any sought of billing text. And the customer care representative at the service centres (loc. jamshedpur) are ill mannered and with no work ethics. Was this information helpful? | |||||
