Tata Docomo — incoming service

Incoming calls are barred i can
Make calls to anyone but they can't call me as it shows my phone is switched off i can't even connect to customer care. Few days i didn't recharge and this problem started now... I recharged today and then i can make calls but cannot receive any important message or call.. I need urgent help and start my incoming calls

Dear sir i lost my phone so kindly block my sim card as soon as possible so it is not misuse by any other person. My no is [protected] My name :- Bhavesh M Patel. My address :- 19 jay jalaram society part-2, behind L.B.S Stadium, Bapunagar Ahmedabad-380024. Kindly block my sim immideatly to missuse of the sim.
