[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Incorrect Bill generation and asking to pay otherwise they will ask HR to terminate me from my job | |||
I got my sim activated on 23rd june 2014 and it got blocked on 3rd of july telling that high usage and I got a message that 12507 is the current outstanding. All outgoing and incoming was barred. I called tata docomo customer care and told them its just few days I am using this sim and 12507 outstanding is showing and sim is also blocked.She told me she will raise a complain and will let me know.I waited and didnt got reply.After 2 month in september again I got call to pay the bill I asked how can it is possible that within 23-3 perod 12500 bill can be generated, you give me correct bill I will pay and asked to close the sim.After that I got mail from SURIAN with bill copy in that 12114 is the bill for internet usage and 319 is the bill for voica call. Again I called them and told I never used internet how come internet bill can come. He told that is the final bill you have to pay I said I cant pay for something which I didnt used. I am ready to pay for voice call and I asked to forward my call to his manager.After that I dint got reply. Again yesterday 9th Dec 2014 I got a call from Ramaya telling that pay the bill otherwise will accelelate to HR and you will be terminated.I was in middle of my meeting I got so disturb. These people are threatning me.Some wrong bill they will generate and asked us to pay I need clarification otherwise I am going to take this very seriously. I want tata docomo manager to call me and sort out my problem Was this information helpful? | |||
