[Resolved] Tata Docomo — incorrect billing | |||
I have stopped using my tata docomo broadband connection since april 2017 and had asked the tata docomo to close the account. But they had still billed me though i informed them and now they are sending me legal notice to force me pay the bill. Now their legal team is telling me that do you have it in writing? But the fact is their e-mail would not respond in clear language, they just mention ticket number and tell resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
