I am exhausted dealing with tata docomo and feel harassed by tata docomo people.
I shifted out of my old apartment in thane by end of december. Tjey informed me that shifting to my new location in ranjnoli kalyan is not possible. Thereafter, i was then asked to put a cancellation request which i did and i paid all my dues (Several times). For 2-3 months bills stopped and there were no bills. Out of the blue, tata docomo charged me rs.706 again, i don't know why. I raised a compliant, and they are asking me to wait till aug 26th for a resolution!!
In the meantime,
*i'm going on getting sms messages about the due amount,
*messages saying tata docomo tried to reach me but could not (With no received or missed calls)
*automated calls asking me to make the payment.
* call center agents calling me, and asking me to (A) shift to tata docomo again in my new place! (B) saying they will forward the cancellation to concerned department!! (C) asking for transfer ownership to someone else!!! (D) asking me who in tata docomo confirmed my cancellation 4-5 months back!!!
If tata docomo just wants the rs.706 they have fraudulently charged me, i will just pay them, if they just can promise that i won't have deal with this company ever again. I have not used their services at all in 2018 and yet i have paid a lot of money already in 2018. But there has to be an end to this harassment. Was this information helpful? |
