We applied for a tata docomo connection. We gave the correct name of the company as "9 point design" which can be verified from the verification form.
We have received a bill from them in the name of "mr. 9 point design". We have called their customer service and compaints department more than 10-15 times. We have also emailed them to rectify the company name as we cannot make the payment on a "false" name.
They refused to change it online and asked us to go to the local store to change it. It is tata docomo's fault and i do not see a reason why i should spend rs. 200.00 in taxi to go to a store to rectifiy their mistake. This has already been intimated to them many number of times in the past. We have also sent an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
We have also started getting threatning calls from their colleciton department.
Today we received a bill with the edited company name as "col 9 point design". "col" stands for "colonel" which is indian army rank.
We are absolutely frustated with the pathetic service and continuous harrassment by tata docomo and if this doesn't get sorted we will have no option but to approach the consumer court.
