[Resolved] Tata Docomo — incorrectly charged for bill | |||
We are using tata pri line with a/c no[protected], latest reference no[protected] dated - 13/04/2017. In the month of oct & nov 2016, our office was closed for diwali festival from 30th oct to 1st nov 2016 and also sunday of nov 2016 was closed. On these days isd calls have been shown in our bill dated 08/11/2016, which is unethical and incorrect. We have been charged excess of rs.33, 713/-. As our line got disconnected due to over credit limit we had to pay it immediately to start the line. But since oct 2016 we are doing continuous followups with tata (Mailed upto nodal & appellate team), they are not resolving our issue and doing waive off of this excess amount. After asking for recordings of the wrongly billed date they are not providing any data which clearly shows that they are cheating us. Was this information helpful? | |||
