Tata Docomo — Installation address not changed and forced to cancel my broadband connection

My bill cycle: 8th March'15 to 9th July'15 (4 months) Bill Amount : 2360 rs (for 4 months, 590 rs per month) Account number:[protected] Tata Docomo no: [protected] Requested for: Change of installation address, which was managed poorly and TATA Docomo forced me to cancel my broad band connection. 1. I sent a mail on 27th March' 15 to change my installation address for my landline and broadband on email id [protected]@tatatele.co.in which was given to me by your call center 2. I again sent a mail on 5th April'15 for same request on email id [protected]@tatatele.co.in because your call center told me this is the correct id 3. I was asked to send a mail again from registered ID which I sent on 18th April'15 4. You moved my landline and did not move broad band (i moved from one building in the magarpatta to another building in magarpatta) 5. In the same email I asked to move both landline and broadband, still no one in tata docomo is able to figure out why you moved landline but not broad band 6. For one month when you could not move broadband, I sent a mail to cancel my connection on 28th April'15. Not because I wanted but because you goofed up. 7. My cancellation is because of your pathetic services and not voluntary. I would always refer to the initial date my first email (i.e. 27th March) as cancellation date. 8. In the cycle for which you are asking the bill I have consumed 0 bites internet as far as i know (cycle from 8th March'15 to 9th July'15 (4 months)) 9. Per month's billing is 590 Rs (4 month I pay 2360 rs) 10. From 8th March to 27th March is 19 days, it comes to 393 rs 11. For mental harassment in last 6 months, I should ask compensation in multiples of 393 rs. 12. You guys must be an expert by now to pay for cases like this, can you suggest how much should I claim from you? I have send you 15 odd emails about issues that you created with a very simple request of change in installation in to a cancellation. Specially when you could move the landline from the same request but did not move broadband Pathetic services, it seems you guys are dying to shut down your company.

Nope not resolved !!

What according to you is a resolution, sending a mail to me that your outstanding amount is 1781/- rs. Have you read my complaint and scrutinized your system.

I was never suppose to cancel, you forced me to cancel because you did not change the installation address. You are asking money for the service that I never availed.
