Tata Docomo — international roaming coverage

I have been a tata docomo customer for the past 9 years and have moved to dubai last year. I was able to receive the bank messages, otp and other notification messages on my sim. But starting from feb 1st 2019, the sim is not receiving any network coverage so i am not able to get my important msgs live bank notifications and otp etc. This is causing a lot of issues with my daily transactions like fund transfers, password reset etc. Can you please help to resolve this issue?

My outgoing service has been deactivated since 2 days even though I have done the regular recharge. I have already raised the request to [protected]@tatadocomo.com mail id and i didn't get any response.
Awaiting response and want you to resolve the issue ASAP.
