I bought a wifi datacard approx 1 year ago. its no was[protected] in gurgaon. but i was surprised that it was not working at my home. i mean there were no network at that place in gurgaon. after 2 days from purchasing i complained to get it return and refund my amount. they registered and assured to refund amount in next 1 month. but it is more than 1 year over and i m still waiting for my refund. Next surprise: today i called their customer care again to refund. and i got to know that there was no complaint registered till date on this no. and they refused to refund. That all.
