[Resolved] Tata Docomo — internet data unable to use | |||
I am having mobile no. [protected] and one more in my family [protected] and residing in mysore pincode: 570011. We are unable to use internet data for the past one week from place where we are residing and the same place i am staying for more than 6 months and using internet data from same network. For requesting and making complaint i called several times to tata docomo customer care and they are telling internet setting need to be changed and disconnecting the line without proper response. On the evening of 6th November 2017 the phones and intercom stopped working, thinking it to get solved on its own, we kept quiet that day, but placed a complaint on 7th. November. All our 30 phones were not working, but still Tata-Docomo has failed to resolve the issue till date i.e for 8 days
