Tata Docomo — Invalid Billing | |||
I am a user of tata docomo corporate plan with 499 rental per month(number: [protected]). This plan has limit of 2gb 2G data usage, the rates applicable beyind 2GB usage (as conveyed and as shown over internet) are 1p/kb for the first 30MB and 1p/10kb thereafter. The data usage for my mobile for the billing month 20thJan'15 to 19thFeb'15 is 2.3Gb, however the bill generated is that of 3500 rs. My outgoing calls were bared, when i seeked for an explaination for the same i was asked to pay a bill of 22k to resume services. You guys owe an explaination for the same. I had also filed a complaint with customer care services (ref no.:[protected] i got a message saying my complaint has been resolved even though it hasnt been resolved yet.How is it possible? I have been trying to contact customer care services since a very long time now but no response regarding the billing from your end. I have made several calls but to no use, my outgoing calls and other services have been barred again. I work for the TATA group and assume that TATA group will be serving best of its services across all domains, it doesnt appear to be so in case of TATA docomo. Request you to resolve the problem at its earliest or remove the account once for all. Was this information helpful? | |||
