Tata Docomo — IPlayer VAS activation | |||||
Hello, I have taken Post paid Tata Docomo service and with 2 days IPlayer VAS got activated without any request and when I called customer care support person has told it will automatically get activated and she is going to deactivate and amount will not be deducted. But when bill came again same thing, IPlayer VAS amount of 30rs has put extra which i dont know what it is. when i called customer again that person is telling pay this time and in next bill it will be refunded. I wrote a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, from there also response is bad without checking previous recorded call, he told you have requested, when i asked for mode of request, there is no response from them till now. w when i try to register complaint in their site "https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx", it always comes as "We are not able to process request."
