I Atul Sakpal from Mumbai. Was using a tata docomo service from my phone no. [protected]. As whole world is using 4G services and tata docomo is still at 2G. So as normal human being i also wanted to good net service so I shifted to other operator who are advance in services.
I ported my no to other operator. and while clearing from tata docomo they send me a bill of 1695/- which was never in my lifetime. when i asked from bill justification they are saying i have use more than 2GB of data on roaming. yes i was on roaming for two day but 2gb of data that to of tata docomo is it possible...? one of the worst net service provider can anybody use 2gb in noemal its just showing bufferingggg...and I used 2 gb data...even in whole year i must not have there data services.
dear docomo team please dont full Your genuine customer. I have paid your unethical bill of Rs 1695. even you can check i have paid march bill twice You have not adjusted that money any were.
I need to maintain my this valuable no that reason i paid the bill. i was have 2 more no of tata docomo now i am porting that to.. because of your this behaviour. and i will make sure i will try to recommed people not to use your services.
