Tata Docomo — Issue not resolved+charged for services not used | |||
Dear Docomo Team, I miserably fail to understand how and when to communicate to you guys. I have registered a complaint on 28th may 2014, reference no[protected] for which i was promised a resolution by 2nd june. However, i received the message saying the issue is resolved on 1st june but since then i have been receiving calls from your varioous CE's/inter dept people saying that this issue cannot be resolved and i will be charged for it. Although i have not seen the generated bill by you guys, but judging by the amount of bill for june month, i can swear you have charged me with the services not used. Kindly get this resolved else i will have to go to NCDRC and register a complaint against TATA Docomo. Would request you guys not to act like cheats and thiefs, at least consider the name attached before docomo when providing such pathetic & horrible service. piyush jain Was this information helpful? | |||
